If you have numerous employees or numerous projects you may prefer to use excel to allocate your future scheduled time. The system includes the facility to download the current schedule information and then upload a modified schedule. The information is in CSV format so you can use excel or any other spreadsheet program. Prior to modifying the schedule with an uploaded file, the system shows the anticipated changes so you can be sure you are making the right changes.
